Studio 6 Austin Airport

Great size room with goid kitchenette, table to eat at and good shower. You need to ask for kitchenware at reception but they provide a full kit. Great location for us, directly by the number 20 bus route which is about 8 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown. Quiet room for the most part, dark curtains.

I arrived at 10PM after 30 hours travelling from Australia, due to delays etc. I just needed somewhere to sleep before continuing on the next day. It was close to the airport, very friendly staff, extremly clean facility including the rooms, so much so I expect it was very recently renovated. The bed was comfy (not too hard) and I had a selection of pillow thicknesses to suit my preference. Exceded my expectation for a 'cheap' overnighter. I have stayed in several Hotel/Studio 6 facilities over the years from California to Arizona and Texas and have always found them to be basic yet clean with firendly staff for a night or two whilst travelling around.

The hotel was very clean and looked new, more upscale that your typical motel. We booked it for an overnight at the airport before driving back to Houston the next morning and it was great. The hotel was quiet and we slept well.

All you could expect from a discount hotel chain, clean and quiet. Good location easy to get in and out of.

Staff was amazingly friendly. And the cleanliness was top notch.
